CAG revealed normal coronaries,holter shows sinus bradycardia,RBBB with LAHB,intermittent AF, TMT shows blunted chronotropic response and hypotensive response so he has been planned for PPI with back up of pacemaker patient treated with beta blockers and corderone,after 7 days of PPI,he has undergone alcohol septal ablation successfully,prior his dynaemic gradient was 50 mmhg in rest n 80 mmhg with exercise which reduced to 20mmhg after procedure. Now patient is under close follow up so will continue updating.
