75 years old male presented with unstable angina undergone CAG which is shown LMCA bifurcation lesion first option given for CABG surgery but Pt. is not willing for that so after discussing all the risk of LMCA bifurcation kissing steanting Than patient and relatives ready for that and with all life support system successfully done by Dr N T sir. After steanting patient is doing well.
