Dr Tejas Kakkad

45 years old male patient presented with recently diagnosed diabetes and right sided chest pain and high grade fever. Icd insertion was done at out side hospital but there was no improvement. Finally patient was admitted at BHMH and discussion with team BHMH including intensivist, surgeon, pulmonologist, patient decided to go for thoracoscopic decortication. Surgery was done at BHMH . Patient lung expanded and improved successfully and discharged.
