CardCon was conducted in two sessions simultaneously – one focusing on speaker presentations and the other on discussion and debates. The sessions were centered on practical techniques, cases and issues. It should be noted that this year, the topics were crowd sourced where the participants suggested topics that they wished to discuss. The session was an interactive platform with computerized audience poll system. This led to high participation, and enthusiasm, from the attendees and led to a more fruitful discussion.
Doctors and medical professionals also had a wonderful opportunity to interact with one another and network. With these opportunities to collaborate, we can hope that they will find new methods, techniques and technologies to alleviate the pain of those suffering and enhance the quality of life of our society as a whole.
